Holding Space, PLLC, is currently an in-network provider with the following health insurances:

     ❀  Tricare/Humana Military (South)
     ❀  Humana Health

We have successfully billed as an out-of-network provider for many health insurances; however, please note, some health insurance companies are more restrictive than others. We are also an EAP provider. Please note, if your insurance is not listed above, at your request, we will attempt to bill your health insurance as an "out-of-network" provider.

We also accept the following forms of payment:

For debit and credit card payments, you can pay using the Secure Patient Portal or pay in the office during your visit.
